Just a short note to let you know how great it was to work with you on finding our new property in BlueRidge, Ga.
Actually by the time we arrived in BlueRidge we felt as though we already knew you , because of the telephone calls and e-mails we had shared with you prior to our arrival.
I don't ever remember doing business with someone that put so much of their self into their business as you did, on making us feel comfortable with the task ahead of us, of finding a home or property to suit us. And I guess you soon found out that we are not easy people to please.
I'm sure tramping through the mountains with two people who didn't even know what they wanted, or where to look for it, was not the most fun you've had for a long time. Especially what with you being eight months pregnant at the time. And believe me the fact you never batted an eye over us not being able to make up our minds, impressed me to the point that I thought then and, as I still think to this day you' have got to be one of the grandest Ladies I'll ever meet.
PS Thanks for providing us with a list of reliable builders, contractors and where to acquire our permits and licenses to get started with the building of our new home.
And now I need to ask another favor of you, even though you are not in the rental business. We are now about ready to sell our home in IL. And during the time we will be building in GA. We will need a place to live. And we were hoping that you might be able to find us some rental property close to where we plan to build at Sky Port. It would not have to be real great, because we plan on staying in our Motor home anyway, but we do need a house big enough to store and keep track of our belongings, so as not to have to rent some storage shed, in which we don't feel our property would be as safe. I realize you are in the business to sell RealEstate but, you kind of spoiled us by being our Girl Friday when ever we need something, and I hope you can find something for us in your bag-of-tricks, to get us steered in the right direction.
As always, I said a prayer today and you were my answer.

| | I called Elisa on a Friday, met her on Saturday at noon, filled out a contract on Sunday and closed in two weeks! Without her we doubt we would now own our cabin in the woods on a beautiful lakefront lot. She went way above and beyond any other Realtor I have ever worked with in the past.
Elisa continues to be a real gem. She has always lived in the Blue Ridge area and is in the know when it comes to making contacts with all the new and necessary places one must do when moving into a new home and area. She is one of most helpful and thoughtful people I have come across and now after the closing she continues to help us through the maze of buying a new home in a totally new area.
We feel luck was on our side and only by chance did we pick out Elisa over so many other names in the area.
We now have an adopted daughter as well as a new friend. How lucky can you get?
